Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We uphold strict hygiene standards and cannot accept returns or exchanges.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Incorrect texture or length chosen

Color mismatch

2. Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. The original item must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped.

After 24 hours or once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
